There’s nothing like having the tools to do a job properly. Our W350 has just returned from a Concrete Profiling Job inside a factory, profiling the floor. The machine was used to remove high spots prior to tiling enabling the client to achieve the correct “fall” for water drainage. The process started by bulking out the concrete with the standard milling drum (15mm lacing), then once we achieved the correct levels we replaced the standard drum and installed our Micro-Milling Drum (4mm lacing). You can see by the attached picture what the Micro-Drum will achieve. This machine can also be used for line removal, raised audible line removal or the accurate milling around services or cutting of chases for the asphalt crew
