Rethink – At Ellis Consolidated we challenge our client to rethink how they use and dispose of existing materials. With the aim of providing them sustainable solutions that will increase their products lifecycle with the focus on reducing the overall carbon footprint.

Reuse – Stabilisation at its core is the reusing of existing pavement. We focus on providing clients solutions which enable them to reuse their existing pavement materials. This is generally achieved through the addition of a binder, which can be a waste product from another industry, to improve the material properties.

Reduce – We provide clients opportunities to reduce costs, materials supply and waste through our profiling, stabilising, shoulder paving and road drying solutions. We’ve helped customers reduce project costs with our road dryer on mill and fill projects and major Highway traffic switches.

Recycle – We provide our client’s solutions to recycle materials. One way in which we help customers is via the recycling of profiled asphalt pavement as RAP in new asphalt.
